Return and Refund Policy
At Holt Hanlon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for eligible items. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return your order within 30 days if:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size, wrong item ordered): You are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange your own return label.
Our mistake (wrong item sent, defective or damaged product): We cover the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid shipping label.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please:
- Contact our Customer Care team at info@holthanlon.shop.
- Provide your full name, order number, billing/shipping address, and phone number.
- State the reason for return and, if applicable, include photos of the product.
- Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Keep your tracking number until your return is processed.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If more than 10 business days have passed since we received your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us so we can assist you promptly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Contact us at info@holthanlon.shop immediately.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
In-Store Returns
Holt Hanlon operates exclusively online. All returns must be processed via our online return process. We do not accept returns in person.
