At Holt Hanlon, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse and handled with the utmost care from the moment you place them.
Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-5) Eastern Standard Time New York are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
- Standard handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
- During peak seasons (holidays or major sales), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate of $6 for all orders within the United States.
Delivery Timeframes
- Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–8 business days (Monday–Friday) for U.S. destinations.
- Including handling, total estimated delivery time is 8–10 business days.
- Delivery estimates are based on courier averages and may vary due to weather, high-volume periods, or unforeseen delays.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
- If tracking does not update but your order is still within the estimated delivery window, it is likely still in transit.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping and billing details are correct at checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery by 1–2 business days and could result in additional charges.
Safe Delivery
- Most packages are delivered to your mailbox or doorstep.
- Couriers may hold packages at a local facility or reattempt delivery if they consider the area unsafe for leaving packages unattended.
- We recommend providing a shipping address where someone is available to receive the order.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at contact@holthanlon.shop. Once the order has been processed, we cannot make changes.
International Orders
- While we primarily ship within the United States, we can accommodate select international orders.
- Delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays, Losses, or Damages
- Once dispatched, Holt Hanlon is not responsible for courier delays, losses, or damages.
- Customers should contact the courier directly for delivery issues.
- We will assist with recovery efforts, but refunds or replacements will only be issued once the item is returned to us or confirmed as undeliverable.
Reporting a Problem
